What You'll Be Doing
- Installing lift kits , leveling kits, and suspension components
- Mounting and balancing wheels and tires
- Installing running boards, nerf bars, and side steps
- Fitting bull bars, grille guards, and brush guards
- Installing winches, recovery gear, and front/rear bumpers
- Wiring and mounting LED light bars, fog lights, and auxiliary lighting
- Installing bed covers, tonneau covers, and bed liners
- Mounting toolboxes, racks, and cargo management systems
- Installing fender flares, mud flaps, and body protection
- Tinting and accessory window work (where applicable)
- Installing exhaust systems, intakes, and bolt-on performance parts
- Mounting backup cameras, dash cams, and electronic accessories
- Hooking up trailer wiring, hitches, and towing accessories
- Performing alignments and post-install ride checks
- Diagnosing fitment issues and modifying brackets when needed
- Keeping the bay clean, organized, and safe
- Test-driving completed vehicles to verify quality
- Walking customers through their new install at pickup

What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Basic 12V wiring knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to read installation instructions and work efficiently
- A clean, professional approach to customer vehicles
- A valid driver's license
- Prior install or automotive experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
